This data protection policy applies to all processing of personal data carried out by Rob Engstr\u00f6m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">If you provide information to one of our partners (e.g. by clicking on a link to one of our partners published on our website), our partner is responsible for the processing of your personal data that the partner may carry out.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">3. Rob Engstr\u00f6m collects this personal data<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">When you visit\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/robengstrom.se\/\"><span class=\"s3\">https:\/\/robengstrom.se\/<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0as an identified customer or apply to register an account, purchase our products or services on our website or in our store, and otherwise contact us, we collect personal data such as full name, address, email address, telephone number, social security number, passport number, organization number, payment information, purchase, order and usage history, IP address, images\/photos and other case-related information (e.g. information you provide when contacting our customer service).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Rob Engstr\u00f6m may also collect sensitive personal data and, where applicable, information about violations of the law in the event that it is necessary to assess whether you are a politically exposed person and\/or whether you are a family member or close associate of any such person, to assess the risk that may be associated with a customer relationship and\/or a transaction and to fulfill other obligations incumbent on Rob Engstr\u00f6m under the Act (2017:630) on measures against money laundering and terrorist financing (&#8220;PTL&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">4. Why does Rob Engstr\u00f6m process your personal data?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p7\">Rob Engstr\u00f6m processes your personal data for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal grounds:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">To process your order and to administer your purchase<br \/>\nThe legal basis for the processing is the purchase agreement that we have entered into or are about to enter into with you. The processing is necessary for us to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you, e.g. to deliver your goods and receive payment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In order to be able to handle customer service matters<br \/>\nIt is Rob Engstr\u00f6m&#8217;s legitimate interest to provide you with service which is the legal basis for processing personal data in customer service matters. The processing is necessary for us to be able to help you with questions about products and\/or complaints related to our products. If your question concerns a complaint, we will process your personal data to handle the complaint. The legal basis for the processing is that we need to handle the complaint to fulfill our obligations under applicable consumer legislation. The legal basis may also be that we need to handle the complaint to fulfill our commitments in our purchase agreement with you. After you have contacted us in a customer service matter, we may also contact you with follow-up questions and surveys about how you think products and services have worked for you as a customer with us. In connection with this, we collect personal data for the purpose of evaluating and developing our products, services and our service. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest to develop and improve our business.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In order to send general marketing (such as sending our catalog or brochure) and personal direct marketing via email, text message, post or social media,<br \/>\nRob Engstr\u00f6m will process your personal data to send marketing based on our legitimate interest in being able to market our products and services and, where applicable, to enable us to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you, e.g. to provide you with offers of products or services that we believe you may be interested in.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">To be able to carry out your participation in competitions and events<br \/>\nThe legal basis is our legitimate interest in administering and following up on competitions and events, for example to send confirmations of entries, to answer questions and to inform about winners.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">To be able to make updates and improvements to services and products as well as the technical functionality of our computer systems.<br \/>\nThe legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to make updates to the technology that enables you to visit our website, use our mobile application or shop in our web shop or to be able to understand how you as a customer experience our products and thereby improve existing and develop new products and services.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">To prevent misuse of our services<br \/>\nThe legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in providing secure services that can prevent attempts at unauthorized access or unlawful use of our services.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">In order to be able to register those individuals who notify us that they do not want to receive marketing from Rob Engstr\u00f6m<br \/>\nWe have a legal obligation not to send direct marketing at the request of an individual. We need to register that you do not want to receive marketing communications in order to be able to fulfill this legal obligation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">To carry out customer due diligence measures, verify transactions and carry out other statutory controls regarding money laundering and terrorist financing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">The legal basis for the processing is that Rob Engstr\u00f6m needs to process the personal data to fulfill obligations incumbent on Rob Engstr\u00f6m according to the PTL.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">To be able to fulfill the company&#8217;s obligations under law, such as regarding product safety, government decisions or accounting requirements or under tax laws.<br \/>\nThe legal basis is to be able to fulfill our legal obligations under law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">5. When we may share your information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p7\">Rob Engstr\u00f6m only shares your personal information when this is a legal requirement or otherwise when it is permitted by law. In some cases, we may use a data processor to help us with our marketing or to process agreements and orders. Companies that help us in these cases may be freight forwarding and logistics companies, bank and credit card companies or marketing suppliers. In such cases, we have entered into an agreement for the data processor that ensures that there are security measures in place to protect your information. When we share your information, it will only be used for the same purpose for which we originally collected it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Rob Engstr\u00f6m processes your personal data on servers located within the EU\/EEA. Rob Engstr\u00f6m does not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU\/EEA on its own. However, in certain limited cases, Rob Engstr\u00f6m&#8217;s subcontractors may use companies based in countries outside the EU\/EEA for technical support and maintenance. In connection with this, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU\/EEA. Rob Engstr\u00f6m takes the measures required to ensure that such transfers can be carried out in a secure and legal manner. The transfers are subject to particularly high security requirements and contractual terms to ensure an adequate level of protection. When transfers are made to the USA, for example, it is required that the recipient is certified according to the Privacy Shield rules and when transfers are made to other countries outside the EU\/EEA, it is required that the recipient has entered into an agreement that includes the EU Commission&#8217;s standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">We also share your personal data with certain organizations and companies that are independent data controllers, which means that they determine how and for what purposes the personal data is processed. For example, we may be required to disclose your personal data to authorities. We may also disclose your personal data to companies that offer independent payment solutions or public goods transport.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">6. Storage and storage time<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p7\">At Rob Engstr\u00f6m we process information about you as a customer in order to provide the best service and we save your data for as long as the data is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was originally collected. The data may also be saved for the time required by applicable legislation. Rob Engstr\u00f6m has ongoing procedures that ensure that we do not store unnecessary data about you and we minimize the storage time to the greatest extent possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Information regarding customers when purchasing and customer service matters:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">With regard to your purchase, order and usage history, to the extent that we have not anonymized your data, we will store it for as long as the personal data needs to be saved for the purpose for which it was originally collected. If you wish to delete your data, see point 8.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Data related to a customer service case is saved if the case is linked to a purchase. If you wish to delete your data, see point 8. Rob Engstr\u00f6m will, however, always comply with applicable laws and regulations that require certain data retention.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Your purchase history will be saved so that Rob Engstr\u00f6m can market similar products and services to you. The purchase history is saved as long as Rob Engstr\u00f6m needs it for the purpose of sending direct marketing to you. You can always unsubscribe from such customized marketing mailings. If you wish to delete your data, see point 8.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Personal data that needs to be processed in order for us to fulfill obligations under the Accounting Act is saved for a period of seven years.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">We store personal data that we process to fulfill customer due diligence measures and other controls according to PTL for a period of five years. The time is counted from the time an action or transaction was carried out. When data is stored within the framework of a business relationship, the personal data is stored for five years after the business relationship has ended. If necessary to prevent, detect or investigate money laundering or terrorist financing, we may store personal data for a period longer than five years, but no longer than ten years.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Information collected after consent:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p7\">If you are not a customer of Rob Engstr\u00f6m but for example visit our website or on other occasions where it is relevant, Rob Engstr\u00f6m will obtain consent from you before we make any registration of your personal data. The information collected from you with your consent, Rob Engstr\u00f6m saves as long as the information is necessary for the purpose of the processing. However, Rob Engstr\u00f6m deletes this personal data on an ongoing basis and no later than 5 years from the time the information was collected. You can always withdraw your consent to processing where your consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing. If your consent is withdrawn, your personal data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than within 6 months.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">7. Security of your personal data<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p7\">At Rob Engstr\u00f6m we ensure that your personal data is handled according to special security measures to protect the personal data against unlawful or unauthorized access to the information. We only handle the information that is needed and only by the people who need it, in order to be able to provide the best service to our customers. Rob Engstr\u00f6m has implemented adequate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that your personal data is treated confidentially.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">8. Your rights<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p7\">We always want to be transparent about how we process your data. If you want to gain insight into the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request access to your data via a register extract. If we receive a request from you, we may request additional information to ensure that we disclose the data to the right person. A request for a register extract must be signed in writing by you. You also always have the right to request that your personal data be corrected and that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can also, under the conditions set out in the GDPR, request to receive personal data about you that you have provided to Rob Engstr\u00f6m in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for the purpose of transferring this data to another data controller (data portability).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">You may also request the deletion of your personal data to the extent that is consistent with applicable law and in accordance with agreements entered into with you and we will of course always do our best to comply with your request for deletion. You also have the right to object to our processing (e.g. if any of the data collected is incorrect).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Please note that there may be cases where Rob Engstr\u00f6m is prevented from complying with your request for deletion. This may, for example, be the case if the information is needed for Rob Engstr\u00f6m to be able to fulfill obligations incumbent on Rob Engstr\u00f6m under applicable law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">Your personal data may not be processed for direct marketing or profiling if you object to such processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to refuse various types of marketing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">9. Complaints and supervisory authority<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p7\">If you believe that we have handled your personal data incorrectly, you can always contact us at Rob Engstr\u00f6m. The Swedish Data Protection Authority is responsible for supervision under data protection legislation and anyone who believes that there has been incorrect handling of personal data can file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s4\">10.
