It is Rob Engström’s legitimate interest in providing you with service which is the legal basis for the processing of personal data in customer service matters. The treatment is necessary for us to be able to help you with questions about products and / or with complaints related to our products. If your question concerns a complaint, we will process your personal data to handle the complaint. The legal basis for the processing is that we need to handle the complaint in order to fulfill our obligations under current consumer legislation. 5. When we may share your information
Rob Engström only shares your personal information when this is a legal requirement or otherwise when it is permitted by law. In some cases, we may use a personal data assistant who helps us with our marketing or to process agreements and orders. Companies that help us in these cases can be forwarding and logistics companies, bank and credit card companies or suppliers in marketing. In such cases, we have entered into an agreement for the personal data assistant that ensures that there are security measures in place to protect your data. Rob Engström has ongoing routines that ensure that we do not store unnecessary information about you and we minimize the storage time as much as possible.
Information regarding customers when purchasing and customer service matters:
- As for your purchase, order, and user history, to the extent that we have not anonymized your information, we will store this for as long as the personal information needs to be stored for the purpose for which it was originally collected. If you wish to delete your information, see point 8.
- Information related to a customer service case is saved if the case is linked to a purchase. If you wish to delete your information, see point 8. Rob Engström will, however, always comply with the applicable laws and regulations that require certain data storage.
- Your purchase history will be saved so that Rob Engström can market similar products and services to you. The purchase history is saved as long as Rob Engström needs it for the purpose of sending direct marketing to you. You can always unsubscribe from such custom marketing mailings. - Personal data that needs to be processed in order for us to be able to fulfill obligations under the Accounting Act is stored for a period of seven years.
- We store personal data that we process to fulfill measures for customer awareness and other controls according to PTL for a period of five years. The time is counted from the time an action or transaction was performed. When data is stored within the framework of a business relationship, the personal data is saved for five years after the business relationship ended. If necessary to prevent, detect or investigate money laundering or terrorist financing, we may retain personal data for a period longer than five years, but for a maximum of ten years.
- Information collected after consent:
If you are not a customer of Rob Engström but e.g. visits our website or at other times where it becomes relevant, Rob Engström will obtain consent from you before we make any registration of your personal information. The information collected from you with your consent, Rob Engström saves as long as the information is necessary for the purpose of the processing. However, Rob Engström deletes this personal data continuously and at the latest within 5 years from the time the information was collected. You can always withdraw your consent to treatment where your consent constitutes the legal basis for the treatment. If your consent is revoked, your personal data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than within 6 months.

Please note that there may be cases where Rob Engström is prevented from meeting your deletion request. Then e.g. be the case if the information is needed for Rob Engström to be able to fulfill obligations that are incumbent on Rob Engström in accordance with current legislation.
Your personal data may not be processed for direct marketing or profiling if you object to such processing. You also have the right to revoke a given consent at any time and refuse various types of marketing.
