5. When we may share your information

- Your purchase history will be saved so that Rob Engström can market similar products and services to you. - Personal data that needs to be processed in order for us to be able to fulfill obligations under the Accounting Act is stored for a period of seven years.
- We store personal data that we process to fulfill measures for customer awareness and other controls according to PTL for a period of five years. The time is counted from the time an action or transaction was performed. When data is stored within the framework of a business relationship, the personal data is saved for five years after the business relationship ended. If necessary to prevent, detect or investigate money laundering or terrorist financing, we may retain personal data for a period longer than five years, but for a maximum of ten years.
- Information collected after consent:
If you are not a customer of Rob Engström but e.g. visits our website or at other times where it becomes relevant, Rob Engström will obtain consent from you before we make any registration of your personal information. The information collected from you with your consent, Rob Engström saves as long as the information is necessary for the purpose of the processing. However, Rob Engström deletes this personal data continuously and at the latest within 5 years from the time the information was collected. You can always withdraw your consent to treatment where your consent constitutes the legal basis for the treatment. If your consent is revoked, your personal data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than within 6 months.

Please note that there may be cases where Rob Engström is prevented from meeting your deletion request. Then e.g. be the case if the information is needed for Rob Engström to be able to fulfill obligations that are incumbent on Rob Engström in accordance with current legislation.
Your personal data may not be processed for direct marketing or profiling if you object to such processing. You also have the right to revoke a given consent at any time and refuse various types of marketing.
